Warranty Terms

LUMEN provides warranty service for sold products according to the established terms and conditions. The warranty applies to all products individually for a period of 1 to 3 years.

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

• Physical damage to the product;
• Damage resulting from improper installation or incorrect use;
• Damage caused by external factors (voltage fluctuations, humidity, mechanical impact, etc.);
• Use of the product under conditions that exceed the manufacturer’s technical specifications;

The warranty applies only to defects identified during the warranty period and under normal usage conditions.

Required documents for warranty service:

• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice);
• Identity document verifying the buyer’s identity;
• The provided documents must correspond to the warranty period and purchase date.

If a defect occurs during the warranty period, LUMEN is obliged to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible through repair, product replacement, or other appropriate service.
