Return and Exchange Policy
If the purchased product is found to have a defect, it can be exchanged or returned according to the rules outlined below.
Products with Warranty
For products covered by warranty conditions (see warranty terms), any defects will be resolved in accordance with the applicable warranty rules.
In Other Cases
- The exchange period is 14 calendar days from the date of purchase;
- The return period is 14 business days.
These conditions apply only if:
- The product has not been used and is kept in its original condition as received by the customer;
- The original product packaging and commercial appearance are preserved;
(Note: packaging requirements do not apply to display items purchased without packaging)
- A proof of purchase and an ID card must be presented for exchange or return.
Refunds or Exchanges
- In case of a return, the refund is issued only to a bank account.
- For exchanges, it is possible to replace the product with:
- A product of equal value;
- Or a product of higher value, with the price difference paid accordingly.
- The buyer is responsible for transportation costs for returns or exchanges.
Returns / Exchanges Do Not Apply To:
- Products purchased under promotional or discounted conditions;
- Products imported by individual special order;
- Products manufactured according to the customer’s individual request;
- Products that have already been used or installed.
